Now that we’ve covered the company part, let’s get to the point: our marketing team needs your support.

What you will do

As a User Acquisition & Retention Manager, you will be responsible for building and further developing our cross-selling, referral, and retention mechanisms across all Comparis products.

Your goal is to turn one-time visitors into active Comparis users and encourage the long-term use of multiple services we offer.

In particular, you will focus on the following tasks:

  • Analyzing user behavior and deriving concrete optimization measures to increase cross-sell rates and customer lifetime value

  • Launching and contributing to initiatives aimed at turning users into long-term customers (including creating and testing MVPs with the help of AI tools)

  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing email and CRM campaigns along the entire user journey (onboarding, activation, re-engagement, cross-selling)

  • Planning and conducting A/B tests and funnel optimizations

  • Close collaboration with product, sales, SEO, and performance marketing teams

What we expect from you

  • More than three years of experience in cross-selling, customer retention, email marketing, and marketing automation

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. Iterable, Lytics, or Zoho)

  • Experience in developing and optimizing digital services, with a strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and conversion optimization

  • Experience working with tracking, analytics, and BI tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau)

  • A structured, analytical, and data-driven way of working

  • High level of initiative with a strong hands-on mentality

  • Strong team spirit and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, UX, data, and commercial teams

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
