What you will do

Active strategic and operational management of the marketing activities of the Comparis Group, including brand management
Optimization of the marketing channel mix
Implementation of on-platform optimizations along integrated user journeys to continuously increase conversion and cross-selling rates
Coordination and close collaboration with the Comparis newsroom (branding and content marketing) as part of a holistic communication strategy to strengthen brand positioning and maximize marketing performance

What we expect from you

Extensive experience and expertise in marketing within a digital context, as well as in brand management and the further development of a well-known, established, and successful brand
Proactive, hands-on personality with several years of practical experience
Proactive approach to challenges, with a willingness to take on operational tasks personally
Proven track record in independently developing and personally implementing innovative marketing and communication solutions to gain market share
Excellent leadership skills, both professionally and personally, with the ability to inspire and develop a team through active role modeling and coaching within a matrix organization
Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written (French is an advantage)
